How do I work with you on my company event?

Where do you cater?

We cater throughout Vancouver, Burnaby, and , the Lower Mainland. Please call us to discuss your catering needs.

What size of company events do you cater?

We cater for as few as 5 to as many as several thousand people.

Do you deliver the hot meals warm?

Yes, we provide a chafing dish which keeps your meal hot.

Do you offer gluten-free, lactose-free, diabetic, vegan and other options for people with special food preferences or dietary needs?

Yes, please call our order desk and we can certainly assist you with these choices.

What is the minimum order value?

Our minimum order value policy is the following:
  • Downtown Vancouver: 100.00
  • Kitsilano / Kerrisdale: 250.00
  • UBC: 500.00 – 750.00(depending on location)
  • Burnaby: 100.00 – 250.00(depending on location)
  • New Westminster: 500.00 – 750.00 (depending on location)
  • Richmond: 1000.00
  • North Vancouver: 500.00 – 750.00 (depending on location)
  • West Vancouver: 1000.00


How do I place a catering order?

Please browse and select from our online catering menu to order online. You can also order by phone at 604.682.2068 or by submitting an online catering inquiry.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Please place your order or call before 3:00 pm for next day delvivery for orders such as sandwiches, breakfast baked goods, salads, desserts, and most hot lunches. There is a 48-hour notice period for some hot food and canapes.

Do you accept late orders - 24 hours or less before delivery?

For next day delivery, we accept orders until 3:00 pm. However, we do our best to accommodate same day deliveries. Please call us directly at 604-682-2068 to discuss same day service availability.

How late can I make changes to my catering order?

Changes to existing orders may be made by 2 p.m. for next day delivery. However, please note that we require 24 to 48 hours notice for changes or cancellation of some hot food, hors d'oeuvres and cakes. It is always best to call us directly and ask. We do not accept same day cancellation. For cancallations, please also refer to our Ordering Policy.

All changes must be confirmed with one of our catering consultants by phone or email during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm).

What is your window of time for deliveries?

Deliveries are made as close as possible to the requested times, but we do have a window of 45 minutes which takes into account that our drivers are making several deliveries as well as dealing with traffic, parking and access issues. If you require a tighter delivery time, an additional charge will apply.

Payment & Fees

How do I pay?

You may pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex) or EFT (wire transfer).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for large events and special orders. Most of our regular clients have accounts with us, allowing them to make monthly balance payments.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, our delivery fee schedule is the following:
  • Downtown Vancouver: 15.00
  • Kitsilano / Kerrisdale: 20.00 – 30.00
  • UBC: 40.00 – 50.00
  • Burnaby: 15.00 – 40.00
  • New Westminster: 40.00 – 75.00
  • Richmond: 60.00 – 75.00
  • North Vancouver: 30.00 – 60.00
  • West Vancouver: 75.00 – 100.00

Can I pay your delivery person by credit card?

No, please arrange payments with your catering consultant / event planner prior to delivery.
